Our company was founded in 1988 and began importing Italian glass in 1993. We have exhibited at the International Gem and Jewelry Shows on the West Coast and in many Italian American Festivals around the San Francisco area since our founding. We tavel to Venice/Murano and choose each item individually for its unique glass work and quality. We work exclusively with the factories in Venice and Murano. Each furnace has a type of glass work in which they specialize and we work with many furnaces to bring you the best of Venice and Murano.
Our gifts and jewelry are handworked over open flames or hand blown by Italian artisans unless specifically noted. Since all our items are handcrafted, no two pieces are exactly alike and small differences in color are normal.

SHIPPING

WITHIN THE US: We can ship via all methods and you will be charged actual shipping/handling costs. (If you order multiple items, the actual costs of shipping usually are less because of combining weights.)

If you choose Postal shipping, the shipping costs will be added to your order (as the calculation is not available in real time on the order form).

For your convenience, we are connected to Federal Express for quick calculations. This is only an estimate and final charges will be based on actual shipping/handling costs. Shipping via Federal Express requires a street address and telephone number. All of our shipping/handling costs include insurance for the full value of the item. Allow at least one week for deliveries. If an item is not in stock, we will notify you of any shipping delays.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES: International Deliveries are most economical via U.S. Postal Service. We ship only via Global Express as it can be tracked and is the most secure and is insured.

RETURN POLICY

If any purchase fails to meet your satisfaction, simply return (in its original condition) within thirty (30) days after receipt for an exchange and prompt refund (less 5% restocking charge) of the merchandise purchase price will be provided.

To return:
1. Email us letting us know that you are returning and send us tracking number.
2. BE SURE TO INSURE YOUR RETURN SHIPMENT and be sure that it is properly packaged. These are glass items, and proper caution must be taken in packaging. Note how we package the item when you receive it as we have experience with the carriers.
We will refund the cost of the item upon receipt (in original condition)less the 5% restocking charge. Keep your receipt for return shipping and insurance because if it is broken in return shipment or lost, you must file the claim as the legal owner of the merchandise and as the shipper.
